Gaza/ the Thalassemia Patients Friends Society (TPFS) represented by Dr. Bayan Al-Saqa in the strip and colleague Ibraheem Abdallah coordinator of the society to deliver an urgent donation for  the Thalassemia unit at the Turkish Friendship Hospital, as the hospital administration received 20 IV.stand, a preparation cart and two medical consumables, this is part of a joint collaboration with health service providers, within the program to improve patients quality of life.

“ The society endeavors to provide everything that alleviate patients suffering and ensures the provision of health services within the therapeutic protocol , in addition to our interest in adhering to prenuptial medical examination, which ensures that there are no new Thalassemia births and maintains national achievements in this context "   said by president of the society Dr. Bashar             Al-Karmi .

Medical units in the Gaza Strip have been suffering from blood filters for months, and the society calls on the competent authorities to provide medicines periodically and regularly, addition to medical consumables required for transfusion.

The society commends the citizens demand for blood donations, and we aspire to further help patients healthily and socially.
