Jerusalem/Al-Ram- the Thalassemia Patients Friends Society (TPFS) held through Ashraf Hameed awareness and education program awareness lecture on Thalassemia and the importance of prenuptial medical test at Al-Aqsa Primary School, with the participation of 4 training course students at the Al-Quds Open University of specializing in community development under the supervision of Dr. Shadia Makhlouf. As, the health educator Taqi  Al-Din answered the questions of the Primary 10th  grade students, about Thalassemia from the beginning of its detection, symptoms and complications, treatment, preventing illness through prenuptial medical test, how to live with it and how it relates to the future of the infected, and during the lecture, she discussed some misconceptions about the disease as well as the reality of the disease in Palestine and the importance of blood donation for Thalassemia patients.
